This is a gift from my friend. I thought it was fruity from the label, and chilled it, but when I drank it, I found it had an elegant old-fashioned aroma. It should have been lukewarmed💦. I think it tastes better when it's a little colder.

The moment you put it in your mouth, you don't feel the strength of the alcohol of the original sake, and it goes in easily, but after that, the sweetness in your mouth first, and then the flavor and acid unique to Yamahai, and the strength of the alcohol (17 degrees) spread, and it seems to be able to stand up to any food. It has a beautiful taste before and after you swallow it, so you can drink more and more even though the alcohol content is strong. It is good for dishes with a lot of oil. It is a heavyweight sake for food.

The aroma is very mild, probably because it is made from sake rice developed by Hakutsuru (Nada). The finish is also firm. It is a gulp type Daiginjo (lol).

It is the first time. It has a sizzling sensation, clear rum and melon. The sweetness lasts from the first sip to the after taste, so it goes well with salty foods. I tried it with Roquefort and it was good lol.

This is the first time I️ have ever had rice wine at home. The first aroma is mild, but when you put it in your mouth, the sharp aroma spreads. At the end, a little strong acidity tightens the aftertaste and adjusts the mouth, inviting you to the next drink. It is certainly a perfect sake for a meal. It seems to be able to fight well with strong food. Next time, I'll buy the special junmai sake too. It was delicious.

It was a regular sake for New Year's gatherings, but since we live in a world like this, we opened it now. The aroma is gentle, and when you put it in your mouth, it is as light as water. The aroma starts just before you swallow it. The aroma and taste are classic, but it's delicious!

I bought this for heating sake. I wasn't sure if it was Junmai or Honjozo, but the Honjozo is ❤️. This is a sake to be drunk with a meal. It has a mild old smell and a bit of alcohol, but the mellowness envelops the palate, and the sharpness from the brewed alcohol at the end washes it down with the meal and makes it crispy. It was as if it was appealing to me, "Please don't hate Honjozo. LOL! Delicious!

It is the first nigori of this season. Last year's Hiyaoroshi was so good that I bought this one this time. It was very active, so I opened the bottle with trepidation. It has the weight of nigori, but is also smooth to the touch. The sourness and sweetness come, and the aroma of the ginjo goes through the nose, and while it is nigori, it finishes off refreshingly. It's delicious!

行きつけの酒屋の抽選販売で見事当選！ *･゜ﾟ･*:.｡..｡.:*･'(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)'･*:.｡. .｡.:*･゜ﾟ･* あまりの値段の高騰ぶりと騒ぎぶりの為斜に構えていたところもありましたが飲んでみると、、 口に含むと上品な甘さとフルーツ香が広がります。その後も全くしつこくなく飲み込む際にはキレイに香りと甘さが消えるも余韻が残りすぐにもう一杯飲みたくなる！ チビチビ飲むのが難しいお酒です(笑) とても美味しゅうございました。 もう少しだけでいいから手に入りやすくなればいいのになぁ、、

最近話題なので購入。 開栓直後は飲んだ後の酸は少し強かったけど2、3日経つと円やかになり後口もキレイに切れていきます。もちろん香りもフレッシュで華やか！ 夜長にアテなしでチビチビ飲りたいですな。
