I bought this for heating sake.
I wasn't sure if it was Junmai or Honjozo, but the Honjozo is ❤️.
This is a sake to be drunk with a meal.
It has a mild old smell and a bit of alcohol, but the mellowness envelops the palate, and the sharpness from the brewed alcohol at the end washes it down with the meal and makes it crispy.
It was as if it was appealing to me, "Please don't hate Honjozo. LOL!
