It is the first nigori of this season.
Last year's Hiyaoroshi was so good that I bought this one this time.
It was very active, so I opened the bottle with trepidation.
It has the weight of nigori, but is also smooth to the touch. The sourness and sweetness come, and the aroma of the ginjo goes through the nose, and while it is nigori, it finishes off refreshingly.
It's delicious!
