Quirky and delicious. It is more like a wine than a sake.
The aroma is good, and the sweetness spreads without any alcohol tang. I bought it at a fixed price, so I bought it for a luxurious evening drink.
It has a nice aroma, and although it is refreshing, the full-bodied taste you get when you drink it is unique to Nabeshima. It is still a very tasty sake.
Akizakura 2020 This is a special sake that I saved for the beginning of the year.
There is no miscellaneous taste or spiciness at all. It has less aroma than we expected. But when we put it in the mouth, a fruity aroma goes through the nose.
We serve it with Kagoshima Kurobuta pork and olive hamachi.
Dry, with a rough feeling that lingers in the throat after swallowing.
The mouthfeel is like that of a nigorizake. The taste is full of wildness.
It goes well with a little strong flavored food.
