Doburoku has the image of having a strong, bland taste (which is also good), but this sake has a strong umami and sweetness, and is refreshing and easy to drink, changing the image I had of this type of sake. It is very tasty!
Nyan Lage, pretty to look at, but very tasty! Refreshing, not too sweet, with a fruity aroma.
It goes well with fish dishes. I would like to repeat it.
The sweet aroma spreads. It is sweet like a dessert, but not clingy, with a hint of roughness from the muddy sake.
I liked it the best of all the muddy sake.
It is an ordinary sake that you can get at the supermarket, but it is delicious.
It is mild, refreshing, and easy to drink, but has a delicious flavor.
Tastes of dairy products like yogurt, lassi, calpis.
Maybe too harsh for fish. It is good as an after-dinner drink.
Just a thought, this is one of the few sake that goes well with curry!
It has no impact in the mouth (like water in a good sense), but it goes in smoothly and has a subtle sweetness. It is easy to drink and seems to go with everything. I wonder if the water in Hita is good.
