ガチャピン
When I was in the Tokyo area, I went to "Kaki-numa" in Adachi-ku🍶.
I found a bottle of Masamune that was not sold at my usual liquor store, so I bought it immediately 💸.
It's not a ginjo-shu, but it has a very fruity and nice aroma 🍐.
The taste is sweet and tasty with a hint of bitterness and acidity, a great balance often found in popular sake, and it even has a freshness to it 🥂.
I didn't know you could buy this for a little over 1200 yen (4 parts bottle) 🤩.
It was delicious!
