Hououmida's Mikan 🍊 I have been interested in this series for a while. They are rich and sweet. But not only sweet. The mash is also a delight. I like ice cream with a gulp of mikan, but it's much thicker and more mature? Delicious 😋.

Tonight, I'm going to drink a local sake from Fukushima, Miyazumi Unfiltered Nama 🍶-. Every Miyazumi is delicious and I love the aftertaste. I love Miyazumi because it has a nice aftertaste. I love the freshness of unfiltered draft, You can't drink too much of it. ✨️✨️

First time Ryuki. I regretted not buying it last year. I bought it this year. It's so sweet and shwashy. But not too sweet. More delicious than I imagined ♡♡♡♡ The color is also very cute and handsome. It was as easy to drink as my favorite Beau Michel's Snow Fantasy, and I liked it a lot.

This sake was given to me as a gift in the spring. It was too good to drink, but I finally opened the bottle. The ginjo aroma was subdued. I thought it would be heavy like a Japanese sake, but contrary to my expectation, it is easy to drink and refreshing. The rice used for the sake is Hokkaido Comet.

Extra dry with 0% residual sugar Sparkling with secondary fermentation in the bottle. Chilled in a wine cooler. I was very excited, but opening the bottle was surprisingly smooth. The moment I poured it into the glass, the sizzling sensation was just amazing! I was able to enjoy the sizzling sensation until I finished the bottle. There is also some oriole, so mix it in at the end. Adult Calpis Soda𓂃◌𓈒𓐍 Yamamoto is all delicious.

If you were disappointed that it was sold out I was disappointed to find that it was sold out, but it was restocked at my usual store. Shichiken Active Nigori, which was purchased last month. The bottle looks summery, but it seems to be a spring sake? I thought it might be out of season. Slightly bubbly feeling, not sweet nigori. My favorite Machida brewery. First Omachi. The gasiness is less than that of Ihyakumangoku Nigori. It is a sweet and delicious sake. The pink color of the lid is pretty and personally, it is my favorite. Machida is a delicious sake with excellent cost performance.

Junmai Ginjo Yamamoto Waiin This sake is brewed using wine yeast and sake yeast. If it's so wine-like, why don't you just drink wine? But that's Yamamoto, the balance is excellent. 👏🏻✨ It's dry with a juicy flavor. It's delicious. I also like the naming sense.

I heard they came out with a super dry 🫡. Perfect for summer, gutsy and dry. Just outstanding sharpness. I don't feel any sweetness, but it's not just spicy. It is a mysterious sake. Postscript June 6, 2023 The fourth day after opening the bottle. It had become quite round.
