I bought it because of the beautiful label. Sweet aroma like lactic acid. Mellow fruity sweetness. Fruity aroma escapes from the nose. There is a slight carbonation feeling, and it is cut off by a pleasant bitterness. This is so good... It is expensive, but...

Pine scent When you drink it, it's still pineapple! Mellow fruitiness and sweetness. No acidity, and a slight bitterness on the tongue at the end. Similar to Kameizumi CEL-24. Sweet and fruity. I heated it up, and the umami spread, it was soooo good!

I found Shinsei by chance. I am too happy because I didn't expect to be able to purchase it. Sweet aroma like gentle fruit. When I drank it, I found it had a fruity aroma like plums, acidity, and a clean and crisp taste. I was surprised by Kaze no Mori, but I was even more surprised by this! Is this really sake? It tastes great and is easy to drink. No wonder it is so popular. I want to drink other kinds too.
