Risshun morning pressing.
As is the case every year, we can drink the sake that was pressed that day. What a wonderful thing! Thanks again to the sake brewers and sake retailers.
The flavor is fresh and pineapple-like, with a touch of tropic. It's delicious.
The lychee on the label is an image. Of course there is no fruit juice in it.
I don't think it tastes like a lychee, but it is sweet and sour and definitely fruity.
Delicious.
I'm going to drink it as it is. It's made for fruit wine, so the alcohol content is 20 degrees. It's thick and has a nice aroma at room temperature. It's probably not Yamahai, but it's close to Yamahai sake. It might be good to warm it up.
