At SAKE MEETING 2025 Autumn
This was apparently a test brew for cold sake, but it was fruity yet very crisp and delicious.
We were served Tsuki no I's brewing water as a peace of water.
At SAKE MEETING 2025 Autumn
Taiheikai is brewed by Fuchu Homare in Ishioka City, which brews Watanabune.
Taiheikai is said to have a longer history as a product.
This brewery is also famous for reviving Watabune, a sake rice that once ceased to exist, and Taiheikai is also very tasty.
Although there are many stores in the prefecture that carry Watashu, it is not easy to drink Taiheikai, so this was a good opportunity for me to try it. Like Watashu, it tasted fruity and went down smoothly!
At SAKE MEETING 2025 Autumn
This was an autumn-aged Kimimandai from Tanaka Sake Brewery in Toride City, a local sake brewery.
The sake had a perfect balance of sweetness and umami, with the sweetness and the umami of autumn!
At SAKE MEETING 2025 Autumn, a large gathering of breweries in Ibaraki Prefecture!
The first sake we decided on was Mizufu Boast from Meiri Sake Brewery (Mito City)!
It was very fruity and gassy, with a sweet and sour shuwashu taste!
When I hear the word "mizu-fu," I have a strong impression of the now-defunct mizu-fu village (now Hitachiota City), which is famous for its tobacco production, but mizu-fu also refers to Mito, so it is Mito's pride and joy!
In addition, brewing water from various sake breweries was offered as a tempering water. The photo shows the brewing water from the Tanaka Sake Brewery (Toride City), the brewer of Kimi Mandai.
This is a limited edition Yamada-Nishiki!
It was said to be limited to the Aeon Saitama area, but it was also sold at the Aeon in Shimotsuma (Ibaraki Prefecture)!
Despite its famous phrase, "A man's sake for tomorrow," it was a delicious sake that was easy to drink and not too dry!
(I wonder if the 16% alcohol content is the reason why it is a man's sake rather than its taste 😅)
It is really fruity and delicious,
Yesterday, we had Tanigawa-dake (Mt. Tanigawa), Akagisan (Mt. Akagi), and Kiritsukuba (Mt. Kirizukuba), all of which are associated with mountains!
Even though it was Sunday, we drank a lot,
Souvenir from my dad (2).
Overall, it tasted lighter and didn't have much of a dryness to it, but I got a sweet vanilla flavor that made it a bit addictive! It's like a caster mild kind of sake?
Yamazan was taught at a company sake party!
I saw it at a nearby liquor store and it came in stock!
When I drank it, I found it to be gaseous to the point where I wondered if it was a sparkling sake, and on top of that, it was quite fruity and delicious 😋.
It was so delicious that I was impressed for the first time when drinking at home 🥹.
The four-pack was gone in no time at all (what a waste, huh?).
⛰️ 3️⃣It was the best! I want to welcome you again soon,,
YMDAZ No, no, thank you so much for telling us about it 🙇♂️🙇♂️
It was even better than I imagined and I drank it all in no time, 🥲.
I can't stop loving Yama San too: ‼️‼️
The aftertaste is surprisingly ripe!
Purchased at Roadside Station Echizen-Ono Arashima-no-sato!
I am also looking forward to drinking Kuroryu, which I bought at the same time!
