It was delicious!
I feel like an idiot, but I'm so drunk and time has passed that I've forgotten... I guess it's best to keep a record while the memory is still fresh.
Long time no see! We went to a restaurant specializing in horse meat, which we visited last time!
I was also attracted to the guarana sour and corn tea and drank those as well, but I had to go with sake!
It was just as fruity and delicious as Romain!
It tastes better than the raw sake I had the other night!
It's made with Hitanishiki and rice malt from Ibaraki, but there was no Pure Ibaraki sticker.
Fear not, the convenience store at the nearest station that carries this and Raifuku (sometimes it's the opposite entrance).
Fuji Taikan is sold by Morishima Sake Brewery, which brews Morishima, mainly for the Ibaraki Prefecture.
Taste-wise, it is quite similar to the first one I had today.
It was delicious.
While the detailed specifications are unknown, it was served at a toast event with Mito's local sake!
It seems that 310 people toasted to the city of Mito, since it is the city of Mito!
By the way, Mito City also has a zip code of 310 (Mito)!
While the detailed specifications are unknown, I received it at an event toasting with Mito's local sake! What a great price, 100 yen!
Mito's boar cup is so cute😍!
Participated in the Mito Koumon Festival! We were served Tsuki no I's summer junmai ginjo at a stall of Tsuki no I Shuzo in the neighboring town of Oarai.
When I first drank it, I thought it was very peculiar, but perhaps it was because I was thirsty, but it was surprisingly easy to drink!
It was delicious!
First time to participate in the Mito Koumon Festival!
There was a stall by Yoshikubo Sake Brewery, famous for SABA de SHU, so I bought some! Festivals are very exciting!
There was also a stall by Tsukii Sake Brewery, which I would like to visit later.
After watching a professional baseball game at Tokyo Dome, we had a second meeting at a soba noodle restaurant in Tsuchiura!
This restaurant has a good selection of Ishioka's Shirakiku type local sake, and although I had a hard time deciding, I ended up choosing Kiri-Tsukuba. I didn't think much of it the last time I drank it, but it was fruity and delicious.
I purchased this at Take-no-i Sake Brewery on a recent trip to Sanbunichi Spring Water.
The sourness from the Tsurubara yeast? It has a crisp taste with a stronger acidity than expected. It has a crisp taste with a stronger acidity than expected.
The sake corner at a roadside station in Yamanashi Prefecture was full of wines, and not many local sake were available.
This sake is a collaboration with Senkin, a famous sake brewery also in Tochigi prefecture.
It is no doubt fruity and delicious, just like the other Hououmida, but I wish I could have compared the Aikoku sake from Senkin's side 😅.
I bought it because it was in the nearest co-op.
It tasted quite different from the special junmai I had drunk before, a bit like a peculiar cup of sake.
Sawanoi's crab logo is cute.
I remember drinking it once as soon as I started recording, but I found it again.
It has a mellow taste in the aftertaste, but it does not come to the forefront, so it was just the right balance (even for me, who does not like mellow tastes).
The last drink of the day was Morishima!
It was quite different from the Morishima I had been drinking so far, it was quite dry and not so gassy (I was too full to taste it properly 😅).
We watched a float come by in front of the restaurant. There were no stalls around, so I didn't really know what kind of festival it was, but the atmosphere of a summer festival is great 😆.
It was quite mellow? It tasted like it had matured!
This restaurant has many Ibaraki local dishes, uses a lot of local ingredients, and has a good selection of local sake! But as a resident of Ibaraki Prefecture, however, I have to ask, although they sell bonito tataki, can bonito tataki be considered Ibaraki's local cuisine? Is there such a thing as Ibaraki's local cuisine? I have a lot of questions 🤔The only local dish I can think of is ankou nabe?
Well, I still recommend it because it is the best sake and snacks! 😆 😆
