Fine wine, we were allowed to taste it.
They applied the production method of Madeira wine, a fortified wine from Portugal.
By adding alcohol during fermentation, the fermentation is stopped and the sugar is left behind, resulting in a strong sweet taste. The wine is then heated and aged by the heat of the hot spring.
It is amber in color and has a sour and sweet taste like dried fruit. Surprisingly, it is not too frizzy. It seems to go well with cheese and other strong flavors!
