Cold.
Purchased at Fukuda Sake Brewery.
I bought a lot of it, so I drank it all at once to reduce the amount.
It is a sparkling type, not too sweet, not too spicy, and easy to drink, but it has 14% alcohol content.
I am not a fan of carbonation, so the carbonation was stronger than I expected, and it hurt my nose.
I think I prefer Nagasaki Bijin if they are made by the same brewer.
Cold.
Paired with grilled sweetfish.
Actually, the best food in the world is grilled sweetfish, but the taste is totally different between wild and farmed ayu, so if you have only had one and don't like it, please try both. I love both.
I love them both.
It is made by a toji who lives near the river, so it goes very well with river fish.
The aroma is soft and sweet on the palate, but there is a sourness afterwards that leaves a clean aftertaste.
I also had it with octopus with celery sorbet, which also went well.
But the sweetfish is the best.

If you want to match it with beef tendon stew with chili pepper.
It is absolutely delicious.
The sweetness is a bit like pineapple.
Cold. Very tasty.
Summer sake is great because there are so many crispy types that I like. The sake brewer said to me, "You drink it so fast, don't you?
I think it goes with everything, but I think it would go well with onigiri rice balls.
It would also go well with conger eel, sushi, or anything a little sweet.
However, I am proud to say that it is the worst food match for me, so please don't use it as a reference.
Cold.
Served with grilled bamboo shoots.
Requested for a dry and refreshing aftertaste.
It is very delicious.
It may be the best sake I've ever had.
I didn't know that Hirado City made such a delicious sake!
The sourness and spiciness come first, and then quickly disappear. It is the perfect sake for a mealtime drink.
It has an outstandingly refreshing taste, so it goes with everything. It is also good with salt.
Cold, with stewed motsu.
It was slightly carbonated, probably because it had just been opened.
I was a bit nervous when it was recommended to me because I had not liked the nigori sake I had drunk a long time ago, but it was more refreshing and dry than I had imagined. I could taste the apple flavor.
It was like drinking a dry cider.
I don't like carbonation, so maybe I prefer it a little less carbonated...
It was delicious.
Heated.
A kind person recommended this drink.
It was delicious even before I drank it. It was also delicious after drinking it.
Did I smoke azalea? It smells and tastes like honey.
I don't know how to describe it.
I guess it is an aperitif for now.
I can't imagine what to have with sake.
Rightmost photo.
Cold.
Sake that came out with a request for a fruity aftertaste.
It is a good example of Kunishige and Kawatsuru, and I may like Oceto.
It has acidity. Sake and coffee are easier to drink with acidity.
Served with kampachi sashimi.
Cold. With deep-fried oysters.
The moment I drank it, I was like, "Yummmm!
I got a sip from someone else and immediately ordered one for myself.
It is tangy and dry, but has a clean aftertaste with no bitterness or stickiness.
It would go well with dishes such as beef stew or sweetened beef, with green onions and shichimi (seven spices) sprinkled on top.
Delicious.
Cold.
The sweetness of rice spreads on the palate as soon as it is drunk.
The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink.
The brown label of Hanaboe I drank with it had a strong vegetal flavor and alcohol taste that I didn't like, but I like the taste of this one.
Cold.
Delicious!
The waitress recommended it to me as grape-like.
It really had a grape-like flavor. It was so good that I finished it within 2 days of buying it.
It tastes like melon, grapes, and other fresh fruits, with a refreshing aftertaste.
I would drink it again and again and recommend it to others.
I am overwhelmingly grateful to the waiter who recommended it to me.
Dry with a clean aftertaste.
20% alcohol by volume.
I tried drinking it straight, but the alcohol taste was too strong. It tastes more fruity when it is mixed with water.
I was going to drink it with dumplings.
It was so easy to drink that I drank it with water as a side dish.
Postscript
I heard that the toji (master brewer) has recently changed.
This is the third year for the brewery, so I heard that the brewery will change more as they get to know the habits of the rice and yeast.
I will drink it again around December.
This is what came out when I requested the shop owner for a summer sake.
Despite its pop appearance, it was a refreshing dry sake, which I love. It has an apple-like aftertaste.
It was a sake that I wouldn't have chosen myself, so I was happy to find it.
It was served cold, of course.
I can't remember what I drank it with. Maybe fish ......?
I chose to drink it because of its pretty appearance, but it was a big hit and a big win.
It is refreshing and has a light aftertaste. It goes well with food.
With rice ball and sour pickled plum.
You can drink it all at once.
I think it tastes better cold.
My favorite taste.
I hadn't posted this at all, so I drank it a long time ago.
It was clean and dry. It also had some umami. I think so.
I like the taste.
With chicken gizzard.
A present for Father's Day. I bought Koshino Kanbai for the first time and drank it for the first time because my father said it was his favorite.
I drank it at home with my father's favorite foods, such as salmon sashimi, hamo, chilled tofu, and potato salad.
It was so easy to drink that it was empty in one night. As a result, I didn't even leave a photo.
I love the taste. The bitterness of the sake is small though the strength is high.
Home drinking. Cold.
It's sweet. It may be pulled by the impression of the label, but it has a sweetness like a flower. But it has a sharpness.
And the alcohol content is 16 degrees.
It was a little hard to finish it in one night.
It goes well with thickly simmered meat and potatoes.
