This is what came out when I requested the shop owner for a summer sake.
Despite its pop appearance, it was a refreshing dry sake, which I love. It has an apple-like aftertaste.
It was a sake that I wouldn't have chosen myself, so I was happy to find it.
It was served cold, of course.
I can't remember what I drank it with. Maybe fish ......?
