Summer sake is great because there are so many crispy types that I like. The sake brewer said to me, "You drink it so fast, don't you?
I think it goes with everything, but I think it would go well with onigiri rice balls.
It would also go well with conger eel, sushi, or anything a little sweet.
However, I am proud to say that it is the worst food match for me, so please don't use it as a reference.
