The moment I drank it, I was like, "Yummmm!
I got a sip from someone else and immediately ordered one for myself.
It is tangy and dry, but has a clean aftertaste with no bitterness or stickiness.
It would go well with dishes such as beef stew or sweetened beef, with green onions and shichimi (seven spices) sprinkled on top.
Delicious.
