Dry with a clean aftertaste.
20% alcohol by volume.
I tried drinking it straight, but the alcohol taste was too strong. It tastes more fruity when it is mixed with water.
I was going to drink it with dumplings.
It was so easy to drink that I drank it with water as a side dish.
Postscript
I heard that the toji (master brewer) has recently changed.
This is the third year for the brewery, so I heard that the brewery will change more as they get to know the habits of the rice and yeast.
I will drink it again around December.
