I hadn't posted this at all, so I drank it a long time ago.
It was clean and dry. It also had some umami. I think so.
I like the taste.

A present for Father's Day. I bought Koshino Kanbai for the first time and drank it for the first time because my father said it was his favorite.
I drank it at home with my father's favorite foods, such as salmon sashimi, hamo, chilled tofu, and potato salad.
It was so easy to drink that it was empty in one night. As a result, I didn't even leave a photo.
I love the taste. The bitterness of the sake is small though the strength is high.

It's sweet. It may be pulled by the impression of the label, but it has a sweetness like a flower. But it has a sharpness.
And the alcohol content is 16 degrees.
It was a little hard to finish it in one night.
It goes well with thickly simmered meat and potatoes.

I asked for a dry sake with a crisp aftertaste, and this is what I got.
Even though it was super dry, it had a great sweetness in the distance and a nice crispness to it. It was my favorite drink of the day, and the only one I can remember.
My father, the drinker I drank it with, didn't like it, so it seems to choose the right person.
The gingery mozuku vinegar is a great snack.
