Yamazaru Special Junmai Sake I bought at a supermarket in Yamaguchi on business. I'm going to drink it cold. Koriyanto...I don't know what it is, but it's very strong! Nothing trendy or fruity like this grandpa! A strong umami? ...I've been drinking a lot of sweet sake...maybe I'm too young for this... I can't right now because I'm on the road, but I'd like to take it home and drink it hot! I'm looking forward to seeing how the taste changes over the next few days! Sake is so deep🎄.

Okunomatsu and Tuna Wild Cut! Clear and dry! Light and crisp with a light aftertaste, but with a hint of sweetness... It gives the starring role to the tuna. It complements the food! The expression with and without the snacks is totally different... I'm going to try to get through the cold winter with some tobikiri hot sake 🌻.
