I see what you mean 💡. I see what you mean 💡. No wonder they say it's delicious. Cold... it's definitely melon-y, but classic... (maybe I'm just being pulled in by the label). I thought about heating it up, but it was too good cold...so I couldn't heat it up 😙. I'll have to wait for another time. Good old-fashioned and great!

First the supernatant... fresh fruity but also punchy 🤜, probably because it's AL 16 degrees. Next, mix the cage and drink it 😃... The punch is gone and it's gentle but juicy and chili fruity 🌸. Founded in Edo Genroku era.......................................yummy!

It is an amber color because it is an aged sake 🌟The warmer it is, the sweeter and more umami it becomes, like a chestnut...but it still has a dry taste...Sake is interesting! I think it is deep and full of umami sweetness when heated. I love modern sweet sake, but I thought the sake that tastes good heated up is also too deep 🐟. In a word feel good ☺️

Sake feeling at the end even if it is mandarin orange juice if you drink it as it is. It has more alcohol than peach juice. When I drank it with water, I didn't feel the alcohol and drank it very fast 🍊Danger of drinking too much: ⚠️

I bought this Yamahai 🍶 at Nomiyama Sake Brewery along with a set of cute flat sake cups from Toroki Sake Shop. It is very nice cold or hot 💓. It has a deep umami, sweetness, acidity and.... This is great👍 This is... 👍
