Gorgeous aroma!
It has a lightness that is not typical of junmai sake, but the umami of the rice is still there.
It has a characteristic texture and chewy feeling on the tongue.
There is also a lactic acidity.
The aftertaste is rather long.

It's a juicy fruity and extremely tasty sake that I love ❕.
That would be great - I'd love to try Bikou's CEL-24 if I come across it 💕💕💕💕.
