I haven't had Koei Chrysanthemum for a while. Go to Iwase in Gotemba๐Ÿš™๐Ÿ’จ I got the twilight orange I was looking for and a new product from last year I got Bikun โœŒ๏ธ Bikun made with Miyamanishiki โ˜๏ธ I was looking forward to it since I hadn't had it yet ๐ŸŽถ. The first sip was sweet! I think it is the sweetest Koueikiku ever! Not so much acidity and lingering sweetness. The soft sweetness lasts for a long time. It is different from the usual Kouei Kiku. It's like a dessert sake ๐Ÿค”.
