November 22, 2021: Sake on the house. Over sake. LOL. When I was talking to the staff at the liquor store the other day, this sake came up in conversation, so I'll post it here. If you put it in a wine glass and tasted it without knowing it was sake, you would say, "Oh, it's a delicious white wine. The staff at the liquor store also said, "This is crazy. No objection.

Putting the two together, they look like a local Yankee couple🥰. This is my favorite photo taken by chance. This sake is still delicious. I forgot to take a picture of the back label. November 13, 2021: Sake bought for me. And just in case you're wondering, here's the stock sake for 2021. I used to be addicted to complete sake breweries, but now I'm just collecting the ones I like. (Yesterday, I accidentally uploaded it to another sake app. LOL)

I drank Hachitan. Personally, I like the taste after letting it sit for a day better than right after opening it. I'd rate it a 3.5 right after opening, but after letting it sit for a day it tastes like a 4.0. January 2, 2021 - Self-Serving Sake.

Happy New Year! We started the new year's holiday with this sake. First is Yamadanishiki. Personally, I like this one more than Hachitan. It goes well with food. It goes with everything. It's perfect for New Year's. I took inventory of the fridge for the first time in a while, and found a bottle of Yono-tori 2016! Oh no. December 31st, 2021: Self-supplied sake.

It's been a while. I'm drinking properly! I'll keep track again. lol. I was able to find Takachiyo-chan's "Limited Activated Nigori Sake", which is only available at professional dealers, so I drank it immediately. It was delicious. 2021.12.22 Self-supplied sake. (I love this shop!)

Thanks, DATE SEVEN. The third one was DATE SEVEN in 2018. I've been competing since the second year, and I've enjoyed it so much every time. Self-serve sake. Thanks to the local liquor store (Y-ya-san, Y-da-san). Thanks to them, I was able to drink again this year. LOL. [Addition I'm having trouble deciding which brewery to upload DATE SEVEN to. LOL.

A drink bought on the house. ↓↓ "New, true, divine, faith, mind, deep, advance, core, extend... Shin" in "Shin Tschida" does not have a specific meaning. We hope that each person who drinks the Tsuchida Sake Brewery's "Shin I would be happy if each person who drinks it can feel it for themselves. (borrowed from HP) I like this kind of feeling.
