I had a chance to meet the famous "Outoro". It is a thickened bottle of plum wine to which puree is added. It is a rich plum wine with a refreshing sweetness and sourness, and a hint of bitterness. It is not a sake, but we included it as a reminder.
This is also a local bar. They have a summer version of Neputa. I begged for it and it came out from the back lol. It tastes so complex (as usual, my vocabulary is not enough), but it is delicious!
I was lucky enough to come across Sentori's hiyaoroshi. Again, I thought it would be a yogurt type, but it was surprisingly clear. It had just the right amount of acidity and sharpness. This kind of autumn sake is also possible. I paired it with grilled mackerel.
The melon feeling is true to the title, coming straight after the piquancy. The acidity and bitterness give it a freshness. The water is mild and refreshing. Although it is a sake with a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast, it is a gentle sake.
The freshness of green apple lingers for a long time. The aftertaste is slightly mellow and different from other refreshing tastes. A satisfying bottle.
The aroma is real pineapple. It has a strong, but not too strong, pineapple flavor. The aftertaste is also soft and pineapple-like. It is a sweet seasonal sake.
Naturals, though belatedly. It is slightly cloudy and milky like Sentori. The impression is that the taste is more subdued than refreshing. My wife says it tastes even better in a thin glass.
Here it comes, Beetle! Refreshing sake on the nose, tastes like lemon wine? Schwapiri at the end, with a deep aftertaste. Anyway, this is a bottle with an emphasis on freshness. It goes well with strong flavored meals.
