Easy to drink! As it claims to be the ultimate food sake, this sake has a light taste that goes well with rice. However, it is not a boring sake, and the freshness characteristic of nama-shu and the rice flavor of orikara (a dry sake) add to its flavor.
It's New Year's, so premium sake 🎍!
The taste of riceーー! 😭😭😭
After the gorgeous aroma escapes your nose, the rich rice flavor envelops your tongue. And a pleasant aftertaste...
Oh, what a lovely sake🧡 was my first impression after drinking it for the first time. A junmai sake with a delightful burst of acidity and sweetness. It was served with the chestnut kinton that came with the osechi (New Year's dishes).
I guess you could call it a full-bodied bitterness.
From the strong brushwork on the label, I thought it would be a more robust sake, but it turned out to be a refined sake that goes well with fish. I am happy because I have been wanting to drink it for a long time!
The melon-like sweetness comes and for a moment you think it's sweet? They recommend heating it up to 70 degrees. I like the label too. I hope to see it again! I will finish drinking this pale green in 2023.
