A friend in Kagoshima sent me this very rare Kagoshima sake. We gratefully enjoyed it.
The taste is clean and clear, but there is an elegant sweetness (banana-like) in the aftertaste that is pleasant. I like it a lot!
The rice polishing ratio is 90%!
Despite the cute name, it is a sake with a fresh yeast yeast yeast base!
And it is fresh and easy to drink with a strong acidity!
The owner wanted to name it "Hentai" (pervert), but he misspelled it and it became "Koikuma" (bear in love).
It certainly has a strong flavor, but it is not at all cloying. It has a strong acidity and umami flavor. The dishes are very tasty and the snacks go well with them.
Purchased a set of sake to compare as a souvenir from a trip to Fukuoka. The junmai sake with a rice polishing ratio of 70% is a fun sake. The bouncing sweetness and fresh acidity come and go. It is very drinkable (dangerous).
Fresh and sweet! It's been a long time since I've had a drink after a day's work. It is a fun sake with a roughness that only unfiltered sake can have. It is the best!
