KAGIYA 7 Crisp and thick. The aroma stops at the tip of the nose and spreads softly in the mouth. Easy to drink. Rather than drinking it as a sake, it has a crisp, gentle flavor that wraps around fried foods and other meals in a way that complements them. Both Gagiya 7 and Gagiya Masahiro leave the impression of a slight banana🍌 aroma. Masahiro's impression may be a little more pronounced. Masahiro is the lightest and easiest to drink, even for those who are not good at sake.

We had it in the drinking course. It is impressive for its clean, dry taste without any clutter. It is easy to drink. It goes well with light dishes. It is easy to drink even for those who do not like Japanese sake very much. I would prefer Otokoyama. But the aroma is better than Otokoyama. Winner of Monde Selection Gold Medal.
