Jikin Special Junmai Nigori Sake Nama
This was served at the sake bar in a three-drink comparison.
This is the third type of sake following Nisato and Kuheiji.
I failed to take a picture of the bottles, but I was happy to see a handwritten plate from the store 😊.
It was refreshing for a nigori, and I found it light and easy to drink.
It went well with oden and tempura and was delicious.

I saved this one to drink during the hot summer season and drank it chilled.
It was refreshing and easy to drink with anything.

Shotoku Junmai Ginjo Shiki no Sake Winter
This is the winter version of Shiki no Sake with a cute bottle that I got for my birthday 😊.
It was sharp and dry with a pretty face 🐧.
I had it at room temperature with miso nabe, but I thought it might have been even better chilled!

I got the impression that the flavor is very robust!

I heated it up in the microwave and served it with a hot pot because it was cold.
It's still delicious!
I'm addicted to how easy it is. Nabe and one cup is a winter staple.

I saw an oden sha running and it tickled my sake spirit? I was tickled and had a cup of this sake with oden at home today.
I microwaved it and warmed it up to lukewarm and it was so good, cooooool! ☺️🍶 It's the best tag team with oden!

I purchased this sake when I visited Seirinji Temple last year.
I found the taste to be noble and worthy of the saint's name.
Personally, it was the best match I've ever had with a couple of herring roe!

I had a feeling that this year was going to end without a hitch, so I opened the bottle of Otters that I got from a friend (I had been holding out to open it when the time came)!

The mellow aroma at the moment of opening is wonderful, and the sharpness and mellowness are fused together, making it the best. And it goes great with a pot of gyoza!
I first encountered Otters when I was about three years into my working life, and I still remember the shock of thinking it was too good to be true.

This was probably the first time I've ever had a saké made with saké from the saké hanging in a sack, and I loved the robust, rich, gorgeous flavor!
I drank it with dorome.
It is a clear and easy-to-drink nigori sake.
I've been drinking it with suki-nimono pork, and it goes great with it...!

I didn't feel it much, but it seemed to be slightly fermented.
