I had a feeling that this year was going to end without a hitch, so I opened the bottle of Otters that I got from a friend (I had been holding out to open it when the time came)!

The mellow aroma at the moment of opening is wonderful, and the sharpness and mellowness are fused together, making it the best. And it goes great with a pot of gyoza!
I first encountered Otters when I was about three years into my working life, and I still remember the shock of thinking it was too good to be true.
I still remember the shock that I thought it was too good to be true, and even after drinking it now with an open mind, I still think it is a purely delicious sake.
Otters are amazing after all❣️.
