Taiheizan is the best sake brewery in the world The nearest sake brewery from my parents' house When I went home for GW, I got sake from my parents, but they don't drink sake at home. It would have been tough if it had brewer's alcohol in it, but it was Junmai Ginjo! No, I always drink it in Yongo bottles, but a bottle of sake is hard to drink... It seems to be polished to 55%. The color is a little yellowish. It's a bit on the dry side. Maybe it's because it's a draft sake, but it has a surprisingly sour taste. I underestimated it because it's a sake brewery near my parents' house and it's not at a premium, but it's good! I haven't seen Taiheizan at any izakaya in Sendai... Personally, I think that there are many good sake breweries in Akita, so competition is high...

I'm on a trip home to my parents' house, so I bought some Akita's local sake Rice and Agave, which I've always wanted to try First craft saké A warning sign says, "Please shake and mix well before drinking as the lees contain the tasty components of hops." Shake and mix Aromatic, probably due to the hops. Fruity and gorgeous! Delicious! When I bought it, the shopkeeper told me that it would be delicious with soda, so I tried it with soda. I see, it's also good! I am ashamed to admit that I was skeptical about mixing hops with it... I am ashamed of myself for doubting it... I want to try their ramen noodles, too! （I tried their ramen! Lightly salted It doesn't look like they use alcohol, so you won't get drunk! It was delicious! Because we drove there, we didn't get to enjoy the ramen-only craft saké...

Sake I wanted to try once Kozen Josui As the name suggests, it's water... It's light and easy to drink. No special characteristics to note... It's not enough when there's nothing to drink with sake. Next time, I'll drink it when I have something to eat.

Nanamizu I bought on a recent business trip to Utsunomiya. Fruity and sour taste Delicious! If you like fruity sake, I recommend it! One of my top favorite sakes!
