Tengu doburoku It seems to contain sakekasu (sake lees) and is very sweet! Great for a drink after taking a bath! Rich like makgeolli, but with a refreshing sweetness!

This Sake is creamy and sweet. There is a full, soft mouth feel and a long aftertaste. The sweetness is similar to condensed milk but there is also a faint aroma of wood. I like this as an after dinner drink. I guess it might go well with spicy foods?

This is my first experience with doburoku. But by the way, it is officially called It's called "Tengu no Doburoku. But apparently, it's not doburoku at all. But still It's full of sweetness and deliciousness, and the sake lees taste great too😍. I wonder what everyone likes to drink with doburoku? I can't imagine what to eat with it. We enjoyed it slowly after dinner.

The mouthfeel is sweet and I personally find it peculiar. I think the aftertaste is rather refreshing. Personally, I think it's okay.

I saw Rui Yoshida drinking it in the book "Baroque Wandering Chronicles" and I couldn't resist buying it. I saw Yoshida Rui drinking it in a book called "Sakaba Wandering Ki" and I couldn't help but buy it. It has a strong sweetness and a pleasant taste. Be careful not to drink too much of it, as it will make you "jump" in consciousness!

熟成酒のようなどぶろく。個人的に開催中の「にごり酒祭り」第5弾です。色は、このところ飲んでたにごり酒に比べると、だいぶ黄みがかっていて、若干透明感もあります。香りをかいでみると、ん？この熟成酒っぽいの、なんか最近嗅いだことある感じ。蒸留酒みたいな穀物感・こげ感のある香り。口に含むと、その正体がわかりました。これ、黒松剣菱にそっくり！黒松剣菱をさらにがっつりと甘くした感じです。かなり力強い甘味と旨味、でも、酸味で切れて、あまりしつこくはありません。とてもマッチョ。全く予想外の味でした。面白い！醸されているのは、埼玉の小山本家酒造さん。パック酒をいろいろ出されていますね。埼玉なのになぜか東京盛という銘柄の日本酒も作られています。ジブリで例えると「天空の城ラピュタ」からシャルル。ドーラの長男です。白いスーツ着て蝶ネクタイしてても、服の下と頭の中は筋肉で溢れています。ちなみに以前、黒松剣菱はパズーの親方に例えました。似た者同士の筋肉バトル！満足度：★★★☆ .
