This time it's Aononashi from Yaegaki Sake Brewery. Today I went to an event called "Yamada Nishiki Days" held in Hakuundani hot spring in Ono City, Hyogo Prefecture. I went to an event called Yamada Nishiki Days. It was an interesting event where you can find many Yamada Nishiki products that are not sake, at the Yamada Nishiki Marche, which has some sake tasting but mainly sells sweets, food, wreaths, pottery, and other items made with Yamada Nishiki. This sake is said to be the sake that Tiger Woods drank warmed up when he was having a bad day and won the Masters again. But since it is a Junmai Daiginjo, I will drink it cold. Crystal color. The aroma is gorgeous, with yellow apple and citrus nuances. It has a mild mouthfeel. It has a light sweet and sour taste, with a good depth of umami, and a medium bitterness and astringency that finishes off the palate.
