I buy one for my Valentine's Day every year. Daiginjo Bonbon🍶. Bitter chocolate and sake go strangely well together and you can't stop eating this candy.

Refreshing, gentle and unctuous. Fruity but not at all sweet. It goes in easily when fatigue builds up in the hot summer.

This time it's Aononashi from Yaegaki Sake Brewery. Today I went to an event called "Yamada Nishiki Days" held in Hakuundani hot spring in Ono City, Hyogo Prefecture. I went to an event called Yamada Nishiki Days. It was an interesting event where you can find many Yamada Nishiki products that are not sake, at the Yamada Nishiki Marche, which has some sake tasting but mainly sells sweets, food, wreaths, pottery, and other items made with Yamada Nishiki. Among the many things I took home with me My favorite was a cold storage bag made from rice bags😊. I got the best prize in the last raffle 😆. This sake is said to be the sake that Tiger Woods drank warmed up when he was having a bad day and won the Masters again. But since it is a Junmai Daiginjo, I will drink it cold. Crystal color. The aroma is gorgeous, with yellow apple and citrus nuances. It has a mild mouthfeel. It has a light sweet and sour taste, with a good depth of umami, and a medium bitterness and astringency that finishes off the palate. Among Junmai Daiginjos, the aroma is mild and the flavor is moderate. The aroma is mild and the flavor is moderate, It is certainly an all-rounder at kappo restaurants.
