Gutsy sake-like sake after a long time.
I've been drinking a lot of fruity sake lately, so I tend to drink it in a wine glass, but I like to drink dry food sake like this in a sake cup.
Saijo Sake Festival
Perhaps it's because of the soft water, but it's dry but mellow and mysterious!
The easiest to drink of the three (and not likely to be to everyone's liking).
Just in time to drink both the rest of the bottle and the freshly opened one!
The freshly opened bottle was like a fruity white wine due to its characteristic slight carbonation, while the rest of the bottle was much more relaxed and easy to drink!
first sake of the year
Sweet and sour, apple-like aroma.
Combined with the lees texture, it's like the apples your mom grinds for you when you have a cold.
I was very drunk and have a hazy and uncertain record 🙃.
Very nice ginjo aroma (can't remember what it smells like)
Not too sweet, not too spicy, sharp and easy to drink.
The first day I drank sake on the rocks.
The waiter said it was an adult calpis
Personally, I found it sweet with a sour aroma like aloe yogurt
Mild and gentle taste with 6 degrees alcohol content
The impression is sweeter than other Harushika wines.
The moment you put it in your mouth, you can smell the sweetness of the rice, and later, a crisp and refreshing taste spreads from your throat to the tip of your tongue.
Not much of a ginjo aroma for a junmai ginjo, but a strong sake flavor.
It is sweet and full-bodied, but with a freshly-opened, slightly carbonated taste, and it is not heavy, but rather it is softly wafted through the nose.
It's a bit different from my taste as I like sake with a strong fruity flavor, but it's probably the best sake I've had so far for enjoying as a food sake.
Hachitan-Nishiki Junmai Daiginjo, 40% Polishing, Unfiltered Nama-shu
The moment it enters the mouth, it is smooth and fruity sweetness comes later. Delicious!
