Sake tasting at Harushika Brewery 🍶.
The name "Harushika" is not used at all.
It tastes tight but easy to drink. ✌️
This was the first sake I tasted and it made a big impact on me.
Sake tasting at Harushika Brewery 🍶.
Nigori with a good acidity.
But the brewer said it was not so good 😩 It was delicious 🤔.
They are planning to brew it again in January 2025.
Sake tasting at Harushika Brewery 🍶.
Impressive spiciness with a fresh feeling.
The freshness remains in the mouth even after the spiciness disappears 💡.
After receiving information about the Sake Brewery Marché, I managed to get to Harushika after finishing my mother's errands in the morning. I was disappointed that I could not meet with Kyuzo-san and Umai-san.
We were thankful to meet Mr. 🐰, who was very busy and showed us around.
The sake brewery marche where we purchased some of the sake we tasted.
I put cream cheese on the smoked Nara pickles that I bought with a hint of the cheese entrée that 🐰-san told me about.
It was exquisite and delicious.
Hi Lutemi 🐦.
I hope you enjoyed your visit to Harushika 🎶How was your visit with the rabbit 🐰? 😆The limited edition Marche sake sounds delicious! Smoked Nara pickles and cream cheese, I'll definitely do that next time I buy some 😻.
Good evening, Pon 😁.
I'm sorry we didn't have much time for the marche, but 🐰's recommendation is definitely a good one. We had a great time 😄Please go with us again😊.

Harushika" foaming junmai sake "Tokimeki
Rich effervescence. Like champagne.
Lychee-like flavor.
Sweet and sour, but not too much,
Satisfying to drink.
Personally, I think I liked it best when it was aged 210 days.
Harushika was served as nigori sake. I usually do not like to drink nigori sake, so I drank it with curiosity. I had an impression that it was a bit thick because it was nigori, but it tasted better than I expected because it had a very refreshing, effervescent taste and the acidity was well-balanced. It can be enjoyed on its own as well!
This sake is a one-year-only sake that can only be drunk by visiting a sake brewery. I had heard that it smelled of apples and muscats, so I thought it would have a fruity aroma and taste, but it was so refreshing that even I, who do not like sweet flavored sake, could drink it. By the way, I didn't recognize the fruit aroma at all.
Although I was told that it was fruity, it was soft and refreshing on the palate, with little peculiar taste and a good balance. Since Harushika has always been dry, the initial taste is dry, so even those who don't like sweet tastes can enjoy it!
I was excited to visit because I was able to compare the Harushika drinks. The first shot was the ultra-hot one!
The drink is quite punchy and leaves a strong impression. However, the aftertaste is refreshing and there are no characteristic peculiarities, so it is a sake that can be enjoyed with food.
