Harushika was served as nigori sake. I usually do not like to drink nigori sake, so I drank it with curiosity. I had an impression that it was a bit thick because it was nigori, but it tasted better than I expected because it had a very refreshing, effervescent taste and the acidity was well-balanced. It can be enjoyed on its own as well!

This sake is a one-year-only sake that can only be drunk by visiting a sake brewery. I had heard that it smelled of apples and muscats, so I thought it would have a fruity aroma and taste, but it was so refreshing that even I, who do not like sweet flavored sake, could drink it. By the way, I didn't recognize the fruit aroma at all.

Purchased at Harushika in GW. Sake made with Narano-Yaezakura yeast. I bought it because it was the most impressive sake I had in the sake tasting set. Most of the others were ones I had already had in the past😅. It's not sweet and sour, but the sweetness and sourness stand out. It also has a slight smokiness. Is it possible to get smokiness from cherry blossom yeast?

I'm sorry, bouken-san, but I'm also 🐰🐰 here. I also drank Gojogawa cherry yeast sake by Isao Heki, and it looks a bit similar 🌸 lol Shiki also offers cherry yeast sake, so I'd like to try it!

Usagi-san maidaidasasasan 🐰 Did you go to the brewery opening before? I'm so jealous 😆. I'm relieved to see someone else has the same opinion 😁. I've never had Shiki's so I'm curious 🧐.

Continued😁... Before I go any further, I'd like to add something to my last post. You can drink 5 kinds of sake for 500 yen 😋. You can also sample Nara pickles made with sakekasu (sake lees) for only one coin 😆. I was also able to drink a sparkling Tokimeki as a bonus. If you go to Nara, please visit 🤗. ↓continue↓ The staff who served me my drink at the table I sat at spoke English and was conversing with a foreign couple. When the couple asked me a question about alcohol, the staff stopped 🐰-san who was passing by. I answered in a few words of English, but I hope they understood me. He said he was interested in Daishichi Namahashi and Yamahai Kikuhime 😅. I heard from Mr. 🐰 that the staff knows about Sake no Wa 😁. I was about to buy some sake and go home when 🐰-san appeared 🐰-san 💃. While talking a lot Junmai Daiginjo Arabashiri Fukuro Hari Nigori 💮. Daiginjo Nama Sake Limited Edition Uraharushika Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake Onizan, pure rice with a fresh yeast yeast strain, ultra-harsh mouthfeel, undiluted Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake Kegon Junmai Ginjyo Shirotoroku Junmai Ginjyo Seijinshu We tasted a variety of sake, including some that were sold out and some that were very expensive. The top two were especially delicious 😋. It was a short but fun time 😊. I'm running out of words 🤣.

Good morning ☺️ Sounds like you are having a great time. I would love to meet you, Usagigoten🐰. I rarely go to Nara even though I go back home. There are still a lot of places (including sake breweries) that I haven't been to: ⭐️

Good evening, Ane-san😊. If you go there on the day when 🐰-san is there, you will have double the fun 😁I think Kansai people don't go to Nara for sightseeing (no disrespect intended 🙄 ), it was less crowded than Kyoto and more comfortable 😆.

I didn't go very far during GW, but I went to Nara. I took the Kintetsu train, but the train coming in from Hanshin was wrapped in Nada Gogo wrapping, so I thought it was too good timing 🤣. Even though there was only one train 🤣. After buying sake at Noboru Sake Shop in Tenri, I went to Harushika in Nara City. I wondered if they were there since I hadn't told them that I was going there beforehand. I looked around the store and saw him at the sake tasting corner 😊. 🐰's table was full, so we went to a different table 😥. I was hoping to at least say hello to him, but he walked right in front of me and I waved to him and he noticed me 😁. The sake we tasted. Super dry Harushika's signature product. Some people may think that Harushika = dry due to the image of this sake, but that is not the case, okay? The name "super dry" might make you think it's too dry, but it's easier to drink than you might think. Super dry Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo It is more "namagen" than the first one, so it has a lot more guts. Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu It is easy to drink because it is watered down, so it is refreshing and fruity. Yaezakura in Nara Sake made with cherry blossom yeast. I bought it. I didn't take a picture, but I also drank an active nigori, Shiro-miki, and a sparkling Tokimeki. To be continued?
