This sake has a very good name for those who like dry sake!
I say "dry" but it's dry with a nice sharpness!
It was very cold, so it may not be at its full potential, but I'm sure it would be very tasty heated up.
It's a pity that there was no heated sake corner this time!
The other Umakuchi was a Junmai that was straight-up delicious!
The umami is so strong that you can feel it even when it's cold!
I think I'd like to try it lukewarm!
