It was passed from one non-drinker to another, and after being aged for a year, it was passed on to me! And it's a one year aged Honjozo from Kurumazaka sake brewery...too much for me! I don't know what this sake really tastes like, but it seems to have a rich flavor and sharpness! It has a distinct savory aroma, not like a new sake! This is a sake for aging. When heated, the flavor is even more powerful! The aroma is good, and the original quality of the sake is even more apparent.

I was thinking that it is a rare raw sake for Shinjou-san ......, but it is a one year aged sake? I'm very sorry. It's interesting that you can smell the aroma of the new sake. I wonder if there was a time when it was sleeping at room temperature?
Japanese>English
しんじょう
This is probably, or rather, definitely at room temperature. It was given to me by someone who doesn't know sake, and it has a nice color. I'll divide it into small portions and let some of it sleep at room temperature again.

The temperature is absolutely normal. Absolutely room temperature. I see what you mean 💧. On the contrary, I am more and more interested in what it tastes like!

It is only one year old, so it is considered to be halfway through (¡Ω;). The aroma has some freshness and the original new sake flavor It's probably not strange for Sugimoto Shoten to leave the sake at room temperature, as they do...

I bought this one at Kizakura Kappa Country because I liked it so much when it was heated. This is my first time drinking hiya, and while it's meant for warming, hiya also has a very well-rounded flavor and a relatively rich body for a Fushimi Otte sake brewery, making it extremely delicious! It's also relatively rich and bodied for a Fushimi Otei sake brewery, so it's really good! Kamima was featured in a TV show called "Oyaji Kyoto Drinking"! I really want to go here! I'll have to go there when Shin Koro is destroyed!

Hello Shinjo-san! Kamima has been featured on Ota-san's show and in his books for a long time, and that atmosphere makes me very aware that I'm drinking in Kyoto 😁. I would like to go there again 😊.

Hello. Mr. Ota also emphasized in his program that it's a Kyoto atmosphere. The location is also good, with Kyoto's five Imperial Palace, Kinkakuji Temple, and Kitano Tenmangu Shrine all around! I too will make it my goal to taste the divine horse!

Until last year, this label was a wooden vat Shibori, but it's now a first Shibori (¡Ω). The flavor trend is in the same direction, but if I remember correctly, it feels a little cleaner. However, the dryness leads to a fresh acidity, then to a deep, rich aftertaste, and the timeline is more easily recognizable for each element. It is also good when heated. It is mellower than cold. Of course, the strength of cold sake is also attractive. I think it's best to drink something with a strong flavor. Mr. Ota is re-running Marugame. It is an udon shop from the opening! Well, the highway bus from Osaka to Kagawa also goes to Udon, and I think Kagawa Prefecture is very particular about Udon!

Very dry freshly squeezed. It may be fresh, but what stands out is the dryness. It has acidity, but it works well when heated, and it's good from cold to hot. The ball is high in the strike zone. The pitcher crouches down when he throws it, which is good for me, and I trust Kagatobi! I bought it and dashed home like a junior high school student buying a pornographic book for the first time! My expectations were met, and the taste was just as I trusted, no problem even if I had set the bar high! I bought it regardless of the earthquake! Fukumitsuya is not without damage, but they are able to make sake as usual. And, for once, there was no way I was going to buy sake from Noto by mail order, regardless of the shipping costs! Mr. Ota is in Shimoda I think I've seen this before, but I still admire Shimoda. No matter how many times I see it, it's still good!

Honjozo sake that seems to be mixed with 5% old ginjo sake (¡Ω-Ω-Ω) I had a bottle of Honjozo at Kouzakura Kappa Country and thought, "Yum! I saw it at a store after drinking HONZUKURI at KIZAKURA KAPPA COUNTRY and thought "Yum! So I bought it! This is very good! It has a light old sake flavor with a slight sourness when cold. It has the best character when it is lukewarm. The flavor is on the mellow side for a honjozo sake. Even at 5%, the old sake flavor is surprisingly strong.

After drinking Tomiou's Yamahai at the event, I decided to buy it for sure, so I went to the company-owned store. I was told that the shop is basically for restaurants only, but if I could drop by, I could talk with them about the stores and restaurants that are strong in Tomiou and many other things! I was afraid to enter the shop because I am from a bad part of Osaka, but they were very kind and the sake was cheap. I am a bit of a novice, but the sake is the real thing! It has a very clean Fushimi mouthfeel! It has a very clean Fushimi mouthfeel, with a light, refreshing flavor that flows through the mouth with a sharp, austere cut. It also warms up nicely, and the best flavor is when it is lukewarm! It is a perfect sake, fully equipped with all the goodness of Fushimi and priced at only a little over 1,000 yen! It has been a long time since my last visit to Kyoto, and I am glad I had the opportunity to enjoy a good sake at Kizakura and Tomio! Thank you General Nogi and Emperor Meiji! I left at noon because I was still scared of the new colo, but Kyoto is great, so I will go back to Kyoto early in the morning!

Fairly rich warmed sake, for on the rocks (¦) Loved it at an event last year and bought it. The aroma is quite strong and has a flavor that could be found in brown rice sake. It has a roughness to it as it is, but it mellows out relatively well on the rocks or warmed. In this state, it is very powerful but also very pleasant to drink. However, it is also great when served cold, as you can feel the full power of the sake! After a tiring day of walking around Fushimi, visiting the ancient tombs and shrines in Joyo City, this power sake is just the thing to relax you! It also relaxes the body.

I had a cup of hot sake at Kiyozakura Kappa Country in Fushimi for 200 yen per cup. The hot sake has an alcoholic taste, which is typical of a honjozo sake, so you get the feeling that you're drinking sake! When lukewarm, the rice-derived umami is even more apparent! It has a slightly sweet flavor. I visited many ancient tombs and shrines early in the morning, but I didn't see that many people! I went to Fushimizu Shuzo Koji at 11:00am, but there was already a long line, so I gave up and came to Kizakura and found the type of sake I really wanted to drink now! I knew that when I came to Fushimi, Honjozo and Normal Sake were calling me! I felt like an alcoholic! I feel like an alcoholic! Is it a dangerous sign that I want to drink as soon as I get to Fushimi?

A very auspicious sake brewery in the neighborhood of Kashihara Shrine. Sake is a royal Junmai sake with light acidity. It becomes softer when heated. I was happy to have visited many sake breweries from Kinosaki to Yonago on my adult travel itinerary. I'm glad I visited so many sake breweries! I saw a cup of Kasumitsuru heated in a hot spring, but I think it would be very hot if heated in a hot spring! I wonder if Kouzutsuru would be okay.

This year, I had some business in the Kanto area, and when I decided to go somewhere else, I chose Saitama because of Nihonbashi (´・ω・`). The long-sought-after kabob I got there was fully equipped with sugar and acidifiers! Full of normal cup character, cheapness of heating up (that's good) The light acidity is nice The flavor is a little firm. For a relaxing New Year's Eve, a homey cup like this is better than a heavy one! It's a problem that the New Year's Eve song and WBC are on the same day! Hachiro Kasuga, Saburo Kitajima, Ichiro, it's a busy day!

Inspired by the post of a very envious person who has his roots in Kawagoe, I managed to get the sake I wanted. To my surprise, I found it at a certain store in Osaka! I tasted Tenranzan Aki-agari at Koedo-Kura-ri and enjoyed it so much that I bought it along with Aki-agari. This one has a very soft, watery mouthfeel, and the complexity of the flavor gradually spreads out. The spiciness may be because I'm used to super spiciness and I'm numb to it, but it feels moderate. I recommend heating it up to deepen its richness and make it more delicious, but I would recommend drinking it cold to bring out the subtle acidity and balance. Of course, warming it up also gives it a beautiful texture and makes it more delicious. Today we went to Kamigata Onsen Ikkyu near the Expo site! Then we took a break at Yodogawa and ran to a sake store. I'm going to open a new bottle when it gets colder!

Kozutsuru is still wonderful. Even when it is cold, the brewing alcohol is made from rice and the umami is thick. It also has a shochu-like sensation. It has enough acidity. It goes with everything! Mr. Ota's last drink of the year! I've been to Senso-ji a few times as a tourist, went there on a small school trip with my high school group (all idiots), and went there on the side when I went to a friend's concert near Asakusa. It seems to be a Famima limited edition sake, or so the label says (...omega...). The contents are Gekkeikan Cup 300. The label looks like disinfectant, but it is rather low in alcohol content. The only thing about the original Gekkeikan Cup 300 is its cheap price! The discount label of the original Gekkeikan Cup 300 is more in line with the character of the contents. It is quite light and dry. It has a strong core for a regular sake. It is a little unreliable when heated, and is better served cold. Of course, you can't enjoy its character, but it's not a problem to drink it well. The best thing about it is that it is inexpensive! The best thing about it is that it is cheap!

Tank shibori-junmai-hiire-aged Gohyakumangoku(**) I fell in love at first sight with the list of words I like! Echizenmisaki is another brand that I would buy immediately if I saw it. It has a smooth texture and a ripe richness that is both light and robust. When cold, it's soft and dry. When heated, the richness expands to its fullest! It is the perfect sake! Mr. Ota is from Gion-Shirakawa and Pontocho. Coming from a bad neighborhood in Osaka, all I see is brilliance! But still, I don't see many Japanese people anymore! Mr. Ota was the only Japanese on the screen. The day before yesterday, I was watching a movie about Mr. Degawa's motorcycle and saw a hot spring in Aomori, which made me envious, so I went to Horaiyu in Amagi. It has a very delicate yet firm flavor. It has a strong acidity. It has a mild flavor when heated, and a clear body when cooled. A series of enjoyment is the real pleasure of heating it up. The flavor is not very distinctive, but the more you chew, the more you appreciate it. I bought this at an event, and the brewer (or is it the president?) was very sniffy about the fact that it was made with no pesticides from Omachi! He explained it to me with a very excited snort! Well, when I went to an event of a sake brewer in Okayama, he said that Omachi was difficult to make anyway and that they had a lot of trouble! They even had rice plants on display! I'm a fool, so I can only comment on how delicious it is, but I hope I can at least manage to promote it here to those who know what they're talking about! I hope I can promote it to those who know what they are talking about! I learned about Shikaiou in Toyohashi when I first started drinking sake, and I remember my impression of the honjozo sake I bought there, and I can clearly sense that this sake is similar in type to it! It must be a good sake after all! It's great that it's not a unique sake, yet it leaves a deep impression!
