Purchased after tasting at the showroom of Shirataki Sake Brewery. After dinner at a hot spring hotel in Echigo-Yuzawa, I enjoyed it after taking a bath. It is light, pleasantly sweet, and tasty in a good way, without any sake habit. It is probably the best sake I have ever had. A perfect bottle to end the year. Thank you for your hard work this year. We look forward to serving you again next year.

As the name suggests, this sake goes well with seafood dishes, but it also goes well with dishes with a slightly lighter flavor, such as sautéed chicken breast or pizza.
