きくゆIt is dry, but has a full-bodied sweetness and umami that is delicious. I love Nanada's summer sake, but this one also goes well with all Japanese food. We enjoyed it with steamed egg custard, grilled hokke with salt, teriyaki chicken and boiled komatsuna.
