It is sweet, but the carbonation gives it a refreshing taste. It is perfect as an aperitif or an after-dinner drink like a dessert wine. This time, I paired it with dried sweet potato Mont Blanc as an after-dinner drink. The flavor of the sake soaked through and it was delicious!
