Extra Edition Freshly Pressed Sake I'm not a sake expert, but It has a sweet yet refreshing taste. It says you have to drink it as soon as possible after opening or it will deteriorate, but I want it to last the whole year 😵️💦 Saba no Heshiko with Daikon and Yuzu It's so good! Maybe it goes well with it!

Refreshing. Sweet but refreshing. It may go well with unfiltered unpasteurized sake and dried ishiru of Fukui. I don't think it goes well with vinegar of the ceri personally. What a cacophony! Cheese is also different Dried firefly squid of Fukui goes well with it.
