I was supposed to buy a Kihei from Shizuoka at a supermarket in Shizuoka, but it turned out to be a Kihei from Okayama
But it turned out to be Kihei from Okayama...
Good thing I found out that there is another sake...
I have a weakness for limited editions, but I didn't know it was super limited!
The taste is somewhere between wine and sake.
It seems to go well with cheese.
Purchased at a tasting and immediate sale at a department store at the end of the year.
We enjoyed it at New Year's with recommended warm and cold sake.

When we went to Okayama for a live concert, we got off at Himeji stopover and had a lunchtime drink!
It's a junmai daiginjo, but it's still very dry and refreshing. Delicious!
