While it has a gorgeous daiginjo-like aroma, this sake has a solid structure. The aftertaste is a bit bitter, so it is more suitable as a food sake than as a stand-alone drink. 6.5/10
For a junmai sake, it has little miscellaneous taste and no sake odor. Plenty of umami. A good food sake that goes well with both delicate and strong flavored foods. 6.5/10
It has a beautiful mouthfeel for a sake made with 70% polished rice, but it leaves a peculiar bitterness or a bitter taste in the aftertaste. It is not so bad as a food sake, but it is not pleasant. 5.5/10
It did not have much aroma due to the fact that it was drunk chilled, and I did not feel any characteristics that should be mentioned. If I drink it again, I will probably try it at room temperature. 5/10
Drank chilled. The mouthfeel is sweet, but the aroma is clean. Not quite a ginjo aroma, but a light aroma that stands out even when chilled. The aftertaste does not linger. An excellent food sake. 8.5/10
A gift. I put it in the fridge about 2 hours before opening, but it was still quite sweet in both mouthfeel and aftertaste. The aroma is fruity, so it would be a good gift for foreigners. 5.5/10
The mouthfeel is sweet, with a nice sharp aftertaste, but the sweetness of the mouthfeel lingers. It may not be bad as a food wine, but it is not my favorite to drink by itself.
PS: It goes well with beef cheese.
PS2: It tastes better when slightly chilled.
