🌾Tottori Yamada Nishiki 🅰️20 degrees
Purchased at Wattana. It is a non-sweet cloudy sake with a strong acidity and natural carbonation. A versatile cloudy sake that can also be served with seafood.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Gohyakumangoku, Nipponharu 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at a Kansai supermarket. The first sip has a strong smell of rice, and the alcohol comes in vividly later. Not a modern, flirtatious Tomita sake.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Ayumi rice 🅰️14 degrees
Purchased at Omishima Shoppers. It is a stable Ehime sake with a subtle flavor and is easy to drink without the harsh taste of alcohol even though it is a honjozo sake.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Matsuyama Mitsui 71% Shizuku Ehime 29% 🅰️15 degrees 🍶+10
Purchased at Harrods. Although it is labeled as dry, the umami flavor is quite apparent, and the drinkability seems to be acceptable even for those who are not fond of sake. No bad taste at all.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Domestic rice 🅰️17 degrees 🍶-1
Brewed by the World Hawk Koyama Family Group. It seems to be manufactured or bottled by Koyama Honke Sake Brewery. Compared to Junmai Daiginjo, the aftertaste is not so bad, perhaps because it is labeled as a pure sake and brewing alcohol is used. This one should be the mainstream of this brewery.

🌾Yamada Nishiki from Kurodasho, Hyogo Prefecture 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at Seijo Ishii. This sake has a balance of sweetness and acidity that is like wine. The stereotype of Japanese food = sake has been broken in a good way.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Miyagi Prefecture sake brewing compliant rice 🅰️15.5° 🍶+4
This is the main brand of Yamatogura, a sake brewery under the umbrella of Yamaya. It has a strong taste when drunk on its own, but when drunk as a food sake, it does not interfere with foodstuffs.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Hida Homare 🅰️17° 🍶+2.5
Purchased at Kashiwaya Sake Shop. A representative brand of Gero Onsen. It is not heavy but has a distinctive taste. The alcohol is strong.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Yume Sansui 🅰️15 degrees 🍶±0
Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store Nara. As the label on the back says, it is fruity and modern but has a clean and elegant aftertaste. No lie in the claims: ❗️
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Hida Homare, Akita Komachi 🍶+2
Purchased at GG Chef. It has a subtle umami flavor when drunk as it is, and as a mid-meal drink, it is refreshingly dry. It is quite a high level cup sake.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Sake brewing rice 🅰️10 degrees 🍶-50
Purchased at Ogawaya Sake Shop in Gero Onsen. A unique flavor different from regular nigori or amazake due to its deeper sweetness when paired with cheese or dark foods.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Domestic rice 🅰️15.8° 🍶-1
Purchased at Kashiwaya Sake Shop in Gero Onsen. Formerly called Takagi Sake Brewery. Inexpensive but firm flavor. A solid sake with both the dryness of alcohol and the umami of rice.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Kinuhikari from Toyono-cho 🔗Association 7 🅰️16 degrees 🍶+1
Purchased at Diaz, a supermarket in Toyono-cho. Brewed with rice from Toyono-cho, Osaka Prefecture, at a brewery in Uda City, Nara Prefecture, the birthplace of Takayama Ukon. The sake has a pure rice-like feel at the beginning, but after that, it is a light and refreshing sake with no habits.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾5 million stone 🅰️15.5 degrees 🍶±0
Purchased at Aeon Amagasaki. A mild sake that you don't get tired of drinking. Difference from Honjozo is a little hard to tell.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Koshi no Shizuku 🅰️17 degrees
Freshly pressed sake, even if it is not junmai, has its own quirks in a good way depending on the brewery. I feel the depth of sake.
