Purchased at the sake brewery in Nonta, Saijo Roadside Station. It has a dry, dry taste that is rare for Hiroshima sake, which is hard to believe that it is made with 80% polished rice. If you are looking for rice flavor and richness, it is a bit of a disappointment, so it may be better suited for strong-flavored Western food than Japanese food.
