🌾Gohyakumangoku,glutinous rice 🅰️14.5° 🍶-7
Purchased at Ponshu Shukan in front of Niigata Station. The sweetness of glutinous rice and the freshness of Gohyakumangoku are exquisite. It tastes more refreshing and sour than sweet. It may be quite addictive,

Koji rice: Gohyakumangoku Kake rice: Niigata rice
Purchased at Niigata-kome. It is a junmai sake with the concept of going well with sweets. It is not too harsh, easy to drink, and has a stable and just-right flavor, similar to junmai sake made by major sake breweries in a good sense. Good cosmetics too.

🌾Niigata rice 🅰️15° 🍶+5
Purchased at Daily Yamazaki in Niigata Prefecture. Tastes just like the color of rice and its appearance. Sake with a firm alcohol taste and the strength of rice.

Domestic rice 🌾 🅰️15 degrees
We drank this sake at a sushi restaurant in Niigata. It is a sake that shows that you can never go wrong with sake from areas where the fish is delicious. It is better to drink it with tasty snacks (I dare to say this one here) than to drink it by itself.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ and with snacks: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Domestic rice 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at Lawson in Niigata Airport. It is a one-cup sake with a moderate local sake flavor. It's not as good as Nada or Fushimi (not that there's anything wrong with those, but you can feel the difference in character), but you can slowly feel the deliciousness of the water and rice.

🌾Mai from Mutsuaga, 🅰️15° 🍶+6
Purchased at Akashia, a souvenir shop at Niigata Airport. It is dry and light. It has a moderate sake flavor with a hint of local sake. It is a pleasant sake to drink with Niigata soy sauce.

🌾Domestic rice 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at Tosatosa in KITE. It is a normal sake with a pleasant lightness, not in a bad way. Pair it with fish for dinner.

🌾Domestic rice 🅰️16 degrees
Purchased at Joshin web. I sometimes buy sake from Joshin web because they have special prices on sake that I've never seen before. I buy it when I see it. It goes well with fish and salty food.

🌾Domestic rice 🅰️15 degrees 🍶+5
Purchased at TOSASASA in KITTE. This sake is brewed in Nakamura, Tosa's small Kyoto town, using water from the Shimanto River. Although it has added sugar, you don't feel it and the taste is refreshing.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Akebono, Fukumitsu, etc. 🅰️15 degrees 🍶+10
Purchased at Joshin web. A classic Kochi sake. Slightly dry taste with a unique full-bodied flavor that is different from refreshing. Feels like washing off the smell and bitterness of fish.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Domestic rice 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at HOKURIKU+. Sake from Yatsuo, Toyama Prefecture. It has a mature taste with no habits. This time I paired it with pickled fugu ovary, but it turns into a sake that you can drink all the time when paired with dark flavored seafood, especially fish from the Hokuriku region. ⁉️

🌾New Lagoon Rice 🅰️15° 🍶+7
Purchased at Joshin web. A crisp, dry sake with a touch of brewer's alcohol. Dry taste suitable for everyday evening drinking.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Domestic rice 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at Aji no Kura Taketoyo. A junmai sake with a fairly strong sugar aroma and flavor impact. Old-fashioned, quaint and authentic.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Domestic rice 🍶+11
Purchased at Joshin web. A pleasantly sharp and dry sake for men that doesn't interfere with food. It can be served cold or warmed, but I think it's even better as a fin sake.

🌾Awaichiba Yamada Nishiki from Tokushima Prefecture 🅰️15 degrees 🍶-19.5 🔗LED dream yeast 3826 Type2
Purchased at Marunaka Power City in Naruto. A junmai ginjo-shu with a mild (like tropical fruits externally to the company) sweetness but not a persistent aftertaste, this is a junmai ginjo-shu that keeps up with recent trends. I hope it appeals to the national market because it has an easy-to-understand flavor.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Hatan Nishiki 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at Kurukuru Naruto Roadside Station. Sake with a slightly different flavor than its name, with the acidity coming first and the bitterness and alcohol that is typical of junmai sake coming later, giving it a beautiful taste.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Nihonharu from Tokushima Prefecture 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at Kyouei, a local supermarket in Tokushima. It seems to be a standard cup sake in Tokushima. It has added sugar, but has a delicious flavor that goes well with sashimi.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Yamagata Prefecture Izuwasanzan 🅰️15° 🍶-3 🔗Ogawa yeast
Slightly sparkling sake that can be served cold or on the rocks. The subtle sweetness and the fairly strong sake taste go well with meat dishes. It's not too sweet, so it could be as versatile as a highball.
