This time I paired it with pickled fugu ovary, but it turns into a sake that you can drink all the time when paired with dark flavored seafood, especially fish from the Hokuriku region. ⁉️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

🌾Awaichiba Yamada Nishiki from Tokushima Prefecture 🅰️15 degrees 🍶-19.5 🔗LED dream yeast 3826 Type2 Purchased at Marunaka Power City in Naruto. A junmai ginjo-shu with a mild (like tropical fruits externally to the company) sweetness but not a persistent aftertaste, this is a junmai ginjo-shu that keeps up with recent trends. I hope it appeals to the national market because it has an easy-to-understand flavor. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This sake is continuously produced by the Naeba Sake Brewery, which took over the business from the Takizawa Sake Brewery. It has an appealing taste that does not appeal to everyone, which is typical of Gohyakumangoku, and the peculiar habit of Junmai sake. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
