🌾Domestic rice 🅰️15° 🍶+3.5
Affordable cup sake from Wakayama, purchased at Evergreen. It is just right for an evening drink with just the right amount of umami and acidity for the price. The local cup sake is of a high level.

🌾Asahi rice from Okayama Prefecture 🅰️16 degrees 🍶+5 ♾Kyokai 701
Purchased at a sake brewer's direct sales store that is developing a petit museum of sake. A product that requires refrigeration. Lovely Okayama sake with a refreshing microbubbles and a great flavor.

🌾Rice from Okayama, Japan 🅰️14 degrees
Purchased at Nishina Food. This is a local sake that we found in Kojima, the town of jeans. It has a slightly dry taste with a certain elegance that goes well with the iidako (octopus) from Shimotsui, as it is a sake brewery that makes sake that goes well with the seafood of the Seto Inland Sea.

🌾Asahi rice from Okayama Prefecture 🅰️17 degrees
It is purchased at Heisuiken in Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter. It is slightly cloudy because it has not been pressed yet. The taste is sharp rather than rough. I want to drink it again.

🌾Weighing: 🌾 Yamada Nishiki, etc. 🅰️15 degrees
This sake brewery has made a comeback in Sakai, which used to be one of the most famous sake brewing areas in Japan. It has little umami for a junmai sake, but it is refreshing and easy to drink.

🌾Domestic rice 🅰️15 degrees
Reasonably priced daiginjo available only in winter. It has a stronger ginjo aroma than the Junmai Ginjo of the same series. Gentle at the start, with a firm, bold sake finish.

🌾Wakamizu from Aichi Prefecture 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at Ishihara Food. It has a strong sake habit when drunk by itself, but it becomes a gentle taste when combined with food. Sake is similar to beer, maybe.

🌾New Lagoon Gohyakumai 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at Joshin web. It has a grapefruit fruity taste, but it is not forced. The packaging is based on the concept of a traveling drinker. I wonder if this is the reason for the president of a different industry.

🌾Domestic rice 🅰️13 degrees
A ginjo-shu with a low alcohol content that makes it easy to drink. It is refreshing and elegant. It is similar in taste to Junmai Ginjo, so it is easy to pair with fish.

🌾Domestic rice 🅰️14 degrees
Purchased at Ishihara Food. The price is slightly higher than the package on the official website. It is unknown whether the contents are different because I did not compare them. Purchased for use as a sake for fins. It tastes better when heated.

🌾Domestic rice 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at Wattana. This is a regular sake made from non-standard rice with no added alcohol. I think Tottori sake tastes better for evening drinking❓

🌾Domestic rice 🅰️14.3 degrees 🍶+3
Purchased at Ishihara Food, a supermarket in Aichi. Although it is a regular sake, it has a nice aroma as soon as it is opened. It is light and dry and easy to drink.

🌾Yu Ei 🅰️15 degrees 🍶+3
Purchased at Wattana. Sorry for the photoshopping. I think there are many high level cup sake (evening sake) purchased in the local area. Good sake habit and flavor. Now I'm going to buy some local cup sake.

🌾Domestic rice 🅰️15 degrees
It is purchased by phone order from a sake brewery. It is a nice sake that has no habits and goes in gently like water. It's not a negative element of thinness or conventional taste, but an easy-to-drink food sake that doesn't interfere with anything.

🌾Domestic rice 🅰️20 degrees
Purchased at a direct sales shop in the Kurayoshi Shirakabe storehouse complex. It has a flavor that is not in vogue, which is common among Tottori's sake. A dignified sake that goes well with fish.
