🐶 Quite a unique taste. Like a mix of old sake, kijoshu and plum wine. I'm glad I was busy and let it sit for about 2 weeks because it kept its character and became mellow and easy to drink! The oversized cedar ball was amazing! 🐶💓💓

🐶 I went to Yamaguchi. Iwakuni sushi and lotus root noodles were delicious! I bought this sake at a department store in Hiroshima because the brewery was closed on a national vacation. It tastes fresh. Best served cold, but also good when heated to 35 degrees! 🐶.

🐶 I went to Tanba Sasayama last month. Autumn flavors everywhere! Roasted chestnuts, sweet potato sweets, black bean bread, white azuki bean pudding, grilled tamba beef skewers, it's already great! 🐶. Since I was there, I only had one bottle of sake. It tastes like a thick oooooooo plum wine 😂.

🐶 I bought this at the Sake Festival at Takashimaya. When I dropped by on my way home from work, there were so many people that I couldn't buy it, but I was so curious that I came back later! At the tasting, they served it both cold and hot. It was mild and mild when heated. Delicious! I feel like a big drinker 😂.

🐶 On a hot day, I was out and about and decided to go to Kinosaki in a hurry. I had no prior knowledge of Kinosaki because it was decided so suddenly. But I was able to get a bottle of Kozutsuru, which I had been wanting to drink. It had been a while since I had tasted sake, and it tasted fresh! When I go to the seaside, I tend to eat kaisendon (fresh seafood on rice) 😂.

🐶 We went to Miyoshino Brewery. When I told them it was my first time, they explained each sake very politely! They gave me a tasting and I was surprised at the sourness like plum wine. It doesn't taste like plum wine. It's a sourness that's addictive 🐶. The brown rice amazake, it was so good and petit 😂.
