Purchased at Nakaku Honten, Fuchu City. First time drinking Kibotsuru. Junmai sake made from 100% Yamadanishiki, which is out of standard. It is dry with a firm umami flavor. The aroma is mild, but the full-bodied flavor is excellent. This is a sake from Saga that I had never heard of before, but I think it is an excellent sake that is different from Nabeshima, Toichi, and Shichida. It seems that only a limited number of sake stores carry it, but it made me want to try a different spec again.

ラグビーおやじ
It is a clean, dry sake with a gentle taste and modest aroma typical of junmai sake. I like Kido as a Wakayama sake, but it seems a little drier than Kido. It is very easy to drink and has a good quality that one does not get tired of drinking.

It is a full-on sake feeling. The aroma and lingering taste were almost irrelevant, and in my opinion, I would never buy it again. It was a disappointing Ishizuchi.

Two days after opening the bottle, I realized that this is the character of this sake. I drank it cold again tonight, but will try it warmed next time.

First Takachiyo. This is also the first time I have brewed Aizan. It has a Junmai Ginjo-like fruity flavor, but instead of the usual Delicious apple or melon aroma, it has a Muscat-like grape aroma. The flavor is thick because it is a pure sake. The flavor is rich. I have heard that the flavor of Aizan changes after the bottle is opened, so I would like to drink it again in a few days.

Immediately after opening the bottle, the ginjo aroma drifted softly into the air. The first sip gave me a strong feeling of alcohol, but this soon subsided, and the ginjo aroma became fluffy and the taste was dry and refreshing. I remember that it is similar to Kanazawaya Special Junmai by Kita no Hana Shuzo. I am looking forward to the changes after tomorrow.

The freshness typical of nama-shu and the koji aroma reminiscent of fruity aromas are flavors unique to this season. While the Itsujunmai was relatively refreshing when I drank it before, I feel that the nama-shu has a slightly firmer quality.

I couldn't remember the impression I had of Garden Uguisu, which I drank long ago, so I got the special junmai this time. It is a very well-balanced food sake. Both the overtone and the standing aroma are mild, but the slight fruity aroma is pleasant. I drank it cold today, but it would be good lukewarm as well.

The nose has a hint of muscat and pear, and the fresh flavor typical of orikarami passes through the nose. It is a refreshing sake that is typical of junmai ginjo-namaishu. This is a bottle that can only be enjoyed during this season. Kikunosato Shuzo is better known for its Ona brand.

This is the first time I have seen Daisetsukei's regular sake at the sake shop I usually go to. This liquor store has always carried Daisetsukei's nama-shu and other sake, but this was the first time I had found the regular sake. According to the brewery's website, it has a rice polishing ratio of 65% and a Sake meter value of +7, which is quite high for an everyday sake priced at around 1,800 yen including tax. It has a subtle fruity aroma, a refreshing taste, and can be served cold or warmed. It is quite fun to find this kind of sake for everyday drinking. For me, the recommended brands for everyday drinking that can be purchased for around 2,000 yen are Sumie Watch out! Special Honjozo Eiko Fuji Honjozo Dry 3. Kaiun Normal Sake Hatsukame - Normal Sake KAMERAEI dry junmai 8 Kikusen special honjozo NABESHIMA Hishu Normal Kido Junmai 9.Yoshinogawa Selected dry We usually have one of these in stock. Special Honjozo unfiltered draft with a rice polishing ratio of 60%. It has a fresh aroma, taste, and a slight gassy sensation, which is typical of this season. Sagaminada's special honjozo nigori raw sake was also delicious, but this one is more refreshing and goes well with meals.
