I was organizing my photo folder and found this image.
I was the one at the time who bought it without being aware that it was Hanzo.
It must have been delicious because I think it ran out quickly lol.
To finish off the day, we have a bottle of Jyushiyo.
It is unfiltered, so its rich flavor spreads on the tongue.
I would like to compare it with other Jyushiyo to see how it differs from other Jyushiyo.
With asazuke (lightly pickled vegetables).
Simple label.
I drank it with high expectations for a sake from Yamaguchi.
The sake had a moderate sweetness without any cloying taste. It was so easy to drink that I couldn't help but say, "What? The taste exceeded my expectations and I would like to drink it again.
I would like to drink it again with cheese kneaded with kelp and sakura shrimps (I think).
It is said to be a limited edition sake from a member store of the "Sakemonokai."
As the name and label suggest, it is crisp and refreshing and goes well with food.
Beaumichel was born with the Beatles as her lullaby.
As the name "Cotton Candy" suggests, it is slightly cloudy white, and when you put your face close to it, the sugary-sweet aroma wafted through the air, making your heart skip a beat.
The gentle fizz with just the right balance of sweetness and tartness had us emptying our glasses in no time.
It is sweeter than Beaumichel's standard type, making it easier to drink in a circle😳.
When I visited Kanazawa, I learned about the deliciousness of Kagatobi and bought it.
In the late summer evening, when I drank a well-chilled hiyaoroshi, it had a clear outline at first, but the umami inside opened up in my mouth and I was indescribably happy.
Kusumi Senbazuru, with its strong Japanese-style label and flavor image, was sent to me by a relative because they had created a fashionable new brand.
The name of the sake, "Andante," means "as fast as walking" in Italian. It is also a musical term.
This sake is said to express the desire to move forward steadily, step by step.
Sake rice used for Senbazuru is usually Gohyakumangoku from Toyama Prefecture, but this one uses Hachitan-Nishiki from Hiroshima Prefecture.
The taste is quite different from the usual, and I think it may be my favorite of the Senbazuru brands.
Echigo Tsurukame's summer sake is cool to the eyes.
I always enjoy drinking it because there are many different varieties.
On the right side of the photo is Kusumi Senbazuru's Andante.
This one has a different atmosphere from the usual thousand paper cranes.
It was sent to us by a relative along with the wine next door.
The label is a picture of the brewery drawn by Fumio Takuma, which is also used on the brewery's website, giving it a special feel.
The taste gave the impression of strong acidity.
Overall, Senbazuru has a strong attack.
Ingredients : Rice, Rice malt
Alcohol Content: 15
Sake meter degree: +7.5
Rice Polishing Ratio: 60
The unusual label surprised and excited me.
As the label says, it has a spicy taste with a tasty flavor that seems to cheer you up.
I couldn't leave it alone when I was told that it was a limited quantity of Toyo Bijin's new sake, freshly squeezed out of the bottle.
I took it with boiled prawns for Osechi (New Year's Day).
It goes in easily without any resistance, and the sweetness is so gentle that you can't help but sigh.
