I couldn't leave it alone when I was told that it was a limited quantity of Toyo Bijin's new sake, freshly squeezed out of the bottle. I took it with boiled prawns for Osechi (New Year's Day). It goes in easily without any resistance, and the sweetness is so gentle that you can't help but sigh.
